Kursus ini bertujuan untuk memberi pendedahan awal kepada peserta yang mula berjinak-jinak dengan aktiviti mendaki. Peserta akan melalui siri-siri kuliah, sesi praktikal, dan pada akhirnya akan menjalani ujian teori dan amali. Peserta bersama ahli kumpulannya juga dikehendaki menghasilkan kertas kerja cadangan program mendaki.

ENFPs are warm, enthusiastic people, typically very bright and full of potential. They live in the world of possibilities, and can become very passionate and excited about lots of things.
